At Nederland Nugs, we take great pride in the quality and curation of our botanical collection. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure the health and safety of our entire community.

1. Returns on Botanical Goods

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of botanical flowers, extracts, and infusions are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have left our controlled environment.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a claim, please email our support team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  • If the error is on our part, we will arrange for a replacement or a store credit at no additional cost to you.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We utilize discreet, eco-friendly packaging for all shipments. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Nederland Nugs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages intercepted by third parties once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the event of a verified order error or a successful damage claim. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
